As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse you will receive an email informing you. If you haven't received an email, please check your Junk folder. You can track your order by logging into your account via our website. If you have received an email and are still having issues please contact us via our contact form.
The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving your order. All that we ask is for you to follow these simple steps:
1. Repack the unworn garment with all tags attached.
2. Complete the returns form that came within your parcel and pop inside your parcel.
3. Return to carrier. This information can be found on your returns form.
4. Attach the relevant sticker to the front of the parcel. Please retaining a copy the proof of postage until your refund has been received.
If you misplace your returns form please contact us via our contact form and one of our friendly customer service representatives will be in touch shortly.
We will process your refund within two working days from receiving your parcel. Once it has been processed onto our systems we will send you an email confirmation. Please allow up to 7-10 working days for monies to be refunded via your initial payment method. Please allow up to 5 days for the bank to process the refund.
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. Please return your parcel and re-purchase the item.
If you were to a faulty item, please send it back to us within 14 days with a description of the issue. We will process a full refund including the delivery charge after the garment has been checked and validated by our quality control team.
In rare occasions we may dispatch items separately. Please check your emails for any updates on the status of your order. If the item is marked as dispatched and you still haven't received it, please contact us via our customer service section and we will look into it.
